Registration fees include following items:

General

• Conference sessions: from Nov. 26 (Mon) to Nov. 28 (Wed)
• Lunch and coffee breaks: from Nov. 26 (Mon) to Nov. 28 (Wed)
• Conference materials
• Poster session/reception on Nov. 26 (Mon)
• Social Dinner: Nov. 27 (Thu)

Student

• Conference sessions: from Nov. 26 (Mon) to Nov. 28 (Wed)
• Lunch and coffee breaks: from Nov. 26 (Mon) to Nov. 28 (Wed)
• Conference materials
• Poster session/reception on Nov. 26 (Mon)

Note that student fee does not include social dinner. An additional ticket of social dinner is JPY 10,000 per person.

Excursion

We will have excursions on Nov. 28 afternoon. There are two options and please select one with the conference registration. The excursion fees are JPY 2,000 and JPY 1,000 for Naruto Whirlpools Cruise and Japanese Sake Brewery, respectively. Details about excursion are available at Excursion page.

Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservation via JIST 2018 site is enabled with the conference registration or after the conference registration. Note that you can not make a reservation for a room of HOTEL Ebisu from the registration site. To book a room of HOTEL Ebisu, please email to jist2018-reservationknowledge-graph.jp with the following information:

• Your Name
• Log-in ID for the Registration site
• Dates of Check-in and Check-out
• Room Type (Single or Twin for single use)
• Breakfast Plan (Breakfast Included or Without Breakfast)
